Event Sponsors Wanted!!

We are planning our annual fun family event which is open to the whole community. FOWS is a registered charity and the funds raised at our fayre will be used to support Woodlea’s pupils with the all the resources, equipment and experiences that government funding won’t stretch to.
Sponsorship Packages
We are pleased to be able to offer a variety of sponsorship options. All levels include an advert in the event programme, which will be distributed to each of Woodlea’s 200+ families, as well as to local nurseries/preschools and community venues. We will also promote/tag your business on our Facebook page, which is then shared widely in local community groups, reaching more than 8K people in the local area, and on our web page, with a link to your own.
Game Sponsor £25.00 | ¶ A7 advert (1/4 page) in the event programme ¶ Listed/tagged on our Facebook page and on our website. ¶ Sponsorship will be linked to one of our traditional games such as hook a duck, splat the rat, tin can alley, tombola’s. etc ¶ Your sponsorship will make children smile by funding exciting prizes for the winners! |
Activities Sponsor £35.00 | ¶ Sponsorship will be linked to one of our popular activities such as Face paint, Glitter Tattoos, and the Craft Tent. ¶ A6 advert (1/2 page) in the event programme ¶ Listed/tagged on our Facebook page and on our website. ¶ Your sponsorship will make children smile by covering the costs of running these activities… and covering the children in paint and glitter! |
Food Sponsor £50.00 | ¶ Sponsorship will be linked to one of our food stalls. E.g. BBQ, Bar, Tea Room, Candy floss, etc ¶ A5 advert (full page) in the event programme ¶ Solo promotion on our Facebook page and highlighted as a Headline Sponsor on our website. ¶ Your sponsorship will make children smile by funding yummy food and drink to keep their tummies full. (And make the parents smile by funding the Pimm’s!) |
Inflatables Sponsor £150.00 (2 spaces available) | ¶ A5 advert (full page) on the back cover or inside front cover of the event programme. ¶ Solo promotion on our Facebook page and highlighted as a Headline Sponsor on our website. ¶ Logo featured on the event poster. ¶ Sponsorship of one the giant inflatables. including an A3 poster by the activity, and your business name/logo printed on the “Unlimited Bounce pass” wrist bands. ¶ Your sponsorship will make children smile by covering the hire cost of the inflatables and allowing us to hire activities that will give the WOW factor to our event! |
